Shanghai to Preserve Historic Sites in Suburbs

Shanghai will renovate and open 32 historic sites in the city’s suburbs to provide travelers more fascinating attractions. These attractions include Xinchang Town in Nanhui District, Jinze and Zhujiajiao in Qingpu District, Fengjing in Jinshan District and Nanxiang in Jiading District.  About a 30-minute drive from the city center, Xinchang dates back at least 1,000 years.
